WTCMM President and CEO, Pamela D. Pascual, will be joining the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA) Board of Directors after World Trade Centers Association (WTCA) Chairman, John E. Drew, officially announced the results of the recently concluded WTCA Board Elections held in August 2021.
The election was participated in by more than 67% of the WTCA eligible Regular Members which was held entirely online for the first time. There were 23 exceptional candidates that ran for the 12 open seats on the WTCA Board who equally devoted time and energy over the years as volunteers and active members of the Association. The newly elected or re-elected individuals will join the current active Directors in the important task of setting the priorities and initiatives to grow the Association and serve the interests of its global membership.
Prior to winning a seat in the WTCA Board, Ms. Pascual was also appointed in 2020 to join the 8-man WTCA Accreditations Oversight Committee (AOC). In the same year, she received the inaugural Champions Award for Member of the Year, an attestation of her personal and professional contribution to the mission/vision of the WTCA. She also chaired the Members Advisory Council, Conference and Exhibitions Committee (Asia Pac), on its inaugural year in 2017 until 2020.
