  • Provide a world-class exhibition venue with excellent service to international and local show organizers;
  • Operate and maintain the WTCMM exhibition facility in the most efficient and professional manner;
  • Ensure that the needs and expectations of relevant interested parties are determined, understood, and met;
  • Serve clients with utmost professionalism and integrity;
  • Comply with applicable requirements, rules and regulations associated with the business, as well as other relevant standards to which the organization subscribes;
  • Implement a well-defined quality management system complying with ISO 9001 and provide a framework in the establishment of quality objectives, and enhance the same through continual improvement; and
  • Communicate this Quality Policy to all customers, employees, and relevant interested parties.
  • Other Parties – WTCMI is the legal entity that owns the WTC license from New York, USA. For its regular operating activities, WTCA has no requirements for WTCMI. WTCMM is a member of Union des Foires Internationales (UFI), a global association of the world’s leading tradeshow organizers and fairground owners as well as the major national and international exhibition associations, and selected partners of the exhibition industry. As a member we are bound to comply with UFI’s Code of Ethics and attend the General Membership Meeting. WTCMM is an accredited Department of Tourism (DoT) establishment, which requires an annual renewal of accreditation.
