World Trade Center Management, Inc.
We are committed to providing excellent service to the business network of World Trade Center Management, Inc and provide management services to the Manila Exposition Complex, Inc. (MEC) in the most efficient and professional manner. To achieve this, we shall:
- Ensure that services to World Trade Center Metro Manila Business Club (WTCMMBC) members are given the highest priority and that the needs and expectations of relevant interested parties are determined, understood, and met;
- Provide effective and timely delivery of services to the members of the WTCMMBC;
- Maintain close communication and cooperation with the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA), headquartered in New York City with over 300 World Trade Centers all over the world;
- Organize special and relevant projects and activities beneficial to members of the WTCMMBC;
- Manage the WTCMM exhibition facility in the most efficient and professional manner;
- Ensure the upkeep of the WTCMM exhibition facility to world-class standards;
- Provide qualified and dependable executives necessary to operate the WTCMM exhibition facility efficiently and profitably;
- Comply with applicable requirements, rules and regulations associated with the business, as well as other relevant standards to which the organization subscribes;
- Implement a well-defined quality management system complying with ISO 9001, provide a framework in the establishment of quality objectives, and enhance the same through continual improvement; and
- Communicate this Quality Policy to all members, employees, and relevant interested parties.
