Note:

1. For materials weighing more than 100 kilos, hanging points must be closest to the trusses' vertical
   member.

2. Dismantling of banners or streamers should include the removal of all nylon cords

3. Damages caused by said hanging of materials are chargeable to the Organizer's security deposit

Without prejudice to the duties and obligations of the Organizers as Hirer under the Terms and Conditions of Hire of the World Trade Center Metro Manila, we agree to be bounded by such Terms and Conditions of Hire, including in particular the provisions on liability and indemnity, and all references to the "Hirer" in such Terms and Conditions of Hire shall be deemed to include ourselves.
