DECLARATION
The undersigned agree/s to pay to the WORLD TRADE CENTER MANAGEMENT, INC. the annual membership dues and any other obligations incurred with the WORLD TRADE CENTER METRO MANILA BUSINESS CLUB (WBC). It is fully understood that the membership does not confer upon us any ownership of the property or assets of the WBC.
The undersigned further agree/s to abide by the terms and conditions of membership as stated in the Constitution and By- Laws of the WBC and in all future amendments thereto.

World Trade Center Management, Inc. (“WTCMI” or collectively as “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to comply with the Philippine Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012. We recognize and value your right to privacy. By accomplishing and signing this form, you hereby freely give consent to our collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of processing your application for membership to the WBC (“Club”), sending communications and administering your benefits as a member of the Club. We may share your personal data with our affiliated companies or our third-party providers to fulfill our legitimate purposes, or with your consent, for product offerings, or as may be required by law. We will retain your personal data for a reasonable period from cessation of your membership with the Club. We implement reasonable security measures to protect and keep your personal data confidential. You have the right to access, obtain copy, correct, delete/block your personal data with us or withdraw your consent subject to our company policy or as permitted by law.
