The World Trade Center Metro Manila (WTCMM) held the fifth “Markets of the World” (MOW V) on Wednesday, November 16, 2016, at WTCMM.
MOW V featured the European market which consisted of EU and non-EU member countries, with focus on France, Austria, the Nordic and Baltic.
The event was well-attended by delegates representing different industries, majority of whom are food and agri-based exporters, logistics, manufacturing, trading and services. Diverse sectors were also represented, from foreign embassies, to trade associations, private and government sectors.
The Markets of the World V provided a substantial convergence of professionals absorbing a wealth of information on Europe as a trade and investment partner of the Philippines, especially in the light of the General System of Preference Plus (GSP+), the Philippine – European Free Trade Association Free Trade Agreement (EFTA FTA), and the ongoing Philippine –EU FTA negotiations; as well as on doing business, joining vibrant and relevant discussions, and sharing interests among delegates and resource persons.
The Markets Of the World is a regular trade information seminar series conducted by WTCMM featuring different major and fast-emerging economies.
