CATEGORIES OF MEMBERSHIP
1.
Founding Member
•
A Founding Member shall be an individual or a company duly
registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission who
is invited by the Center to be a Founding Member.
•
A Founding Member company may nominate three (3) accredited
representatives to the Club.
•
The accredited representatives shall be entitled to enjoy
all the facilities
and services of the Club and participate in all
activities organized by the Club.
2.
Corporate Membership
•
Open
to all companies duly registered with the Securities and
Exchange Commission (SEC).
•
A
Corporate Member company may nominate three (3) accredited
representatives to the Club.
•
The
accredited representatives shall be entitled to enjoy all
the facilities and services of the Club and participate
in all activities
organized by the Club.
3.
Individual Membership
•
Open to all importers, exporters, traders or businessmen.
•
Individual
Members shall be entitled to enjoy all
the facilities and services of the Club and participate
in all activities
organized by the Club.
4.
Professional Membership
•
Open
to individuals who are members of professional associations,
such as: accountants, lawyers, doctors, architects, engineers,
professors, etc.
•
Professional members shall be entitled to enjoy some
of the facilities and services of the Club and participate
in some activities
organized by the Club.
5.
Honorary
Membership
•
The
Club may, upon approval of the World Trade Center’s
Board, invite distinguished individuals to be Honorary Members
of the Club.
•
Honorary
Members are not required to pay Entrance Fee and Subscriptions
and shall have the privilege of enjoying all
the rights and privileges of a member.
